Device Is Dead Or Low Battery
Charge the battery by plugging your device into your vehicle while it is on, or use the USB cable to plug it into your computer to charge.
Screen/Hands Are Wet
If the screen isn't responding to your touch, try wiping your hands or your screen to remove any moisture, as this can prevent the digitizer from receiving touch input.
Not Pressing Hard Enough
The digitizer reacts to touch, so try pushing a little harder if you are pushing too softly, this may get it to read your input better and respond.
Faulty Digitizer
Try replacing the digitizer, as it may not be able to receive input at all. You can use this guide to replace the screen and digitizer together.
